Acquire a deep understanding of societal issues and enhance your research skills while earning your undergraduate and graduate degrees in just five years (depending on your course load). Engage in a rigorous curriculum encompassing core courses like Sociology of Religion, Juvenile Delinquency, Racial and Ethnic Inequality, and Urban Social Change.

Arts Management and Community Development Certificate
Arts Management and Community Development Certificate

Format: On Campus

Gain the foundational skills needed to build a successful career as a professional artist or to pursue a career in a variety of arts and community organizations. The certificate has two options: Arts Management, which emphasizes coursework in Business and Communication, and Community Development, which focuses on courses in Communication and Urban Studies. The certificate program consists of 15 credit hours in addition to nine credit hours of prerequisite courses.

Asian Studies Minor
Asian Studies Minor

Format: On Campus

Heighten your awareness of the rich and diverse histories and cultures of Asia, expand your cross-cultural opportunities and cultivate an enriched appreciation of Asian arts and literature. The minor consists of a minimum of 15 credit hours.

Bioethics Certificate
Bioethics Certificate

Format: On Campus

Gain a deeper understanding in moral theory and clinical practice, law and policy related to bioethics. The certificate program requires a total of nine credit hours in bioethics at the undergraduate level, with a required prerequisite in PHL 240 - Health Care Ethics OR PHL 428 - Bioethics: Special Topics.
